OpCycle displays your various active projects in the ”Project Pipeline.” This list of projects provides a view from 10,000 feet of how things are progressing. The most noticeable aspect of this feature is the color indicators.
While the Project Name, Owner, and Priority are self explanatory, the colored Progress blocks represent which project milestones are on track, and which need further attention. Projects that are on schedule will have green milestones, whereas yellow, orange and red milestones indicate the escalating urgency of getting a project back on track.
The color indicators can be easily customized according to how your company would like to view them. Using the colors to track projects allows your team to “manage by exception,” meaning you can just focus on what needs attention.
