Phase 1: PushMX Cloudbreak originally tested its Collaborative Process Management technology in the mortgage industry, which was lacking essential process stability and suitable tracking tools. Cloudbreak released two software products, PushMX Production and PushMX Sales, to manage the life-cycle of a loan. It was clear from the start that industry-wide inefficiencies were now a thing of the past. Phase 2: OpCycle Having proven the concept and benefits of translating lean thinking from the manufacturing floor to the office with PushMX, Cloudbreak continued quietly developing the industry-independent OpCycle on its PushMX platform. To ensure the flexibility of OpCycle, Cloudbreak began running all of its operational processes using a beta PushMX spin-off product in mid-2007. From first customer contact, through sales, installation, training, customer care ticketing and troubleshooting, to payroll, finance, human resources, product design, testing, and launch, the beta version successfully handled it all. Productivity shot up, while project status email traffic came to a screeching halt.
