Marketing Manager As Marketing Manager, it’s your responsibility to design and execute online and offline marketing programs for lead generation, customer retention and base development. Using your creative skills, as well as working on a daily basis with senior management and the direct sales team, we want you to help fuel the continuation of Cloudbreak’s growth trend.
Day to Day You Will:

• Identify and execute online and offline marketing programs to drive product sales

• Integrate your programs with overall company brand and PR programs

• Assist with copy-writing ads, marketing and product collateral, sales positioning, press releases and white-papers

• Identify and contract with media and advertising vendors
-
• Coordinate with media vendors for optimal placement and effect
-
• Create budgets and manage media spending
-
• Create and maintain measurement systems that show results
-
• Conduct relevant market research and monitor trends
-
• Lead projects as assigned, such as special events
-
• Develop, support and oversee cross-functional teams
-
• Report to the Director of Business Development

• Work in a start-up: This means almost anything may happen on any given day
You Must Have:

• Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing programs, particularly lead
generation programs for a direct sales force

• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills

• Experience managing to a budget

• Excellent writing and verbal communications skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently

• Positive attitude and strong focus on customer service: good listener and creative problem solver
You Should Have:

• 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role in marketing or online advertising

• Experience working in an online software (SaaS) business, business-to-business

• B.A. degree in marketing, business, or communications
